How do the online sessions work?

All sessions take place on Microsoft Teams. You’ll receive a link before your consultation, and at the scheduled time we’ll meet on video. You don’t need any special equipment, just a laptop, tablet or smartphone with a camera and microphone.

Can you really help my dog online?

Yes. Online training and behaviour consultations are very effective because they allow me to observe, guide and coach you directly in your home environment. Most of the work in behaviour and training involves helping owners understand how to respond consistently, and this is something I can support you with just as well online as in person.

What’s the difference between the Puppy Behaviour Consultation and the Dog Behaviour Consultation?

The Puppy Behaviour Consultation is designed for younger dogs and covers common early challenges such as toilet training, chewing, nipping, and socialisation. The Dog Behaviour Consultation is for older dogs and focuses on one specific behaviour challenge, such as barking, reactivity, separation anxiety, pulling on the lead, or guarding behaviours.

Why only one behaviour per Dog Behaviour Consultation?

A 30-minute session is enough time to explore one behaviour issue in detail and give you tailored steps to start addressing it. If your dog has more than one challenge, I recommend either booking multiple sessions or choosing a support package so we can cover everything thoroughly

What methods do you use?

Can I book a package straight away?
